Some examples of seasonal menùs: *


Summer:

Bruschette with  garden tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. 

Tagliolini noodles cacio e pepe (cheese and pepper).

Spring:
Crostini with garden vegetables. 

Carbonara spaghetti.

Autumn:

Classic Tuscan chicken liver pate' crostini.

Pappardelle pasta with local chianina beef ragù and in red wine.

Winter:

Cavolo nero (Tuscan kale) crostini.

Tagliatelle noodles with amatriciana souce.
