Culinary Experiences

Sandra Betti had the idea for ShopandCook:

Cooking using seasonal produce and passing along centuries-old Tuscan traditions through my personal experience are the priorities for my culinary experiences.”
We will show how to recognise quality in various produce that is essential to create excellent dishes.

Fresh and locally grown produce

The recipes have been put together with careful thought based on dishes that best represent this fascinating region of Italy.

The Shopping and Cooking experience lasts 4.5 hours. We will go to various local growers in the Chianti area of Tuscan to buy everything needed for the recipe of the day.
The cost of this experience is € 150.

The Cooking experience lasts 2.5 hours. We will cook the chosen recipes at La Selva in Badia a Passignano.
The cost of this experience is € 90.

Finally, we will dine on all the food we have prepared.
